We accept returns within 14 days of receipt free of charge.
Please contact our customer service department by mail at email@example.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.
Our Customer Care will contact with you to proceed with the shipping.
In case of faulty, please provide us with details and pictures.
You will receive an email with your Return Order Number and instructions to arrange return shipment.
We accept the following return options:
1. Size / Color Exchange: Items can be exchanged when a different size or a different color of the same product is available. The first return is free of charge only for size or color exchange within European countries.
2. Store Credit: We are going to issue to the customer a promo code for the total value of the returned items.
From UE Countries, the first return is free.
From non-EU Countries, the cost of return is 30 euro, in addiction import fees cost: the amount will be deducted from the final refund; besides the costs of delivery will not be reimbursed to the customer or other incidental expenses and/or taxes existing when performing the order.
Sale items can only be returned for EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT, not for REFUND.
All refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to currency exchange rate and will not be reimbursed.
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by wiseboutique.com team.
For orders paid by:
Credit card: the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 working days. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
Paypal: the refunded amount will be refunded directly to the original account within 2/3 days from the receipt.
Bank Transfer: the refunded amount will be refunded to the original account: the bank account information should be indicated on the Return form.
