Shipping

We use DHL express courier for our shipments.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (UTC/GMT+1), excluding Italian holidays. Orders placed Friday through Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Wise Boutique cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to weather conditions, international customs issues, or any other circumstances beyond its control.

Delivery time:

Italy: 1-3 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of the World: 3-6 working days

During promotional periods, shipments may take longer due to the high volume of orders.

Shipping progress information:

As soon as your order is processed and shipped by Wise Boutique, you will receive a confirmation email from DHL containing your tracking number.

Wise Boutique ships DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), excluding any local sales taxes and/or customs duties. If you live outside the EU, we recommend checking your local taxes and duties before placing an order on wiseboutique.com.

Shipping cost: € 10.
Return cost: € 10.
Free shipping over € 450.

EUROPE
Shipping cost: € 15 (€ 30 Extra CEE).
Return cost: € 20 (€ 30 Extra CEE).

UNITED KINGDOM
Shipping cost: £ 25.
Return cost: £ 25.

UNITED STATES
Shipping cost: $ 30.
Return cost: $ 30.

ASIA
Shipping cost: € 35.
Return cost: € 35.

REST OF THE WORLD
Shipping cost: € 40.
Return cost: € 40.

Please also note that if, for any reason, the customer refuses delivery of the package, the shipping costs and import duties related to the automatic return of the package to sender will be charged to the customer.
These amounts will be deducted from any refund.
