Returns and Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return for any product within 14 business days of delivery (the days will be calculated based on proof of delivery).
The products must be returned intact, without any imperfections, and in the same condition in which they were shipped.
Return:
The returned item must not be worn, altered, or washed, and any signs of wear are not accepted. Shoe soles must be free of imperfections and in perfect condition.
Returned items must have all original labels and tags, any original packaging received with the order, and all other accessories (hangers, garment covers, bags, etc.). If the items being returned are shoes or other accessories, they must be returned in their original boxes, which must not be altered, used, or damaged, as must the outer packaging.
If the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered in any way from its original condition, Wise Boutique reserves the right to refuse the return or, alternatively, reduce the refund or exchange amount.
Returns of products from the same order sent at different times will not be accepted.
Once you submit your request (from your account or by email), you will receive an email containing the necessary documentation for the return and instructions for arranging a collection directly with the courier.
Compensation options:
You can choose between two different compensation options.
- Size/Color Exchange
- Refund: the refund will be processed as soon as the quality control procedures are completed, but no later than 14 days.
Refund Terms:
If you are not registered and do not have a personal account, you can request a return by sending an email to help@wiseboutique.com indicating the order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
For orders paid by credit card: the amount will be reversed from our systems and made available again on the customer's bank statement according to the timeframe established by the card-issuing bank (generally the following month).
For orders paid by Paypal: the refund will be made directly to your PayPal account.
For orders paid by bank transfer: the amount will be refunded to the original account upon receipt of the account holder's complete details.
Refund timeframe:
Refund times may vary from 3 to 10 days. Specifically:
Credit Card refund: the transaction will be reversed by our systems approximately within 7 business days of receiving the return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary and depends on the card issuer. In this case, we recommend contacting your bank.
PayPal refund: the refund will be processed within 3-4 days of receiving the return.
Bank transfer refund: when requesting a return, please also provide your bank details on your bank's letterhead so that we can process the refund. The refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the goods.
Refund Costs:
Returns from non-EU countries will incur import charges in addition to the return cost, which are the responsibility of the customer. This charge will be deducted from the refund amount.
